                                                                           EaTs Estate Wedding Raffle – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

By purchasing a ticket in the EaTs Estate Wedding Raffle, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This raffle is conducted in accordance with NSW Fair Trading and the relevant community gaming laws.

2. Eligibility

The raffle is open to NSW residents aged 18 years and over. Entrants must be legally eligible to marry under the Marriage Act 1961 (Cth). Winners must organise and cover the cost of their marriage licence independently.

3. Prize Details

The prize is a wedding package at EaTs Estate, valued at over $25,000, and includes the following for up to 70 guests:
- Ceremony & Reception at EaTs Estate
- Three-course meal
- Bar tab (beer, wine, and soft drinks)
- Celebrant
- Wedding cake
- Flowers
- Props, styling & decor
- Wedding MC
- Wedding planner
- DJ
- Bonbonniere for each guest
- Beauty treatments for the bride

Accommodation, photography, transport, and hair & makeup for the bridal party are not included. Additional guests may be allowed at the winner’s cost and must be agreed upon with EaTs Estate. The wedding must be held outside the Spring season (1 September – 30 November), not on public holidays, and booked before 31 December 2026.

4. Ticket Sales

Tickets are $150 each and sold exclusively via RaffleTix (raffletix.com.au), a secure and approved raffle platform. A portion of proceeds will support the Stars of Hastings – Cancer Council.

5. Draw and Notification

The raffle closes at 11:59pm on 15 July 2025. The draw will take place at 8:00pm on 18 July 2025 at EaTs Estate, 147 The Ruins Way, Port Macquarie. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email and announced on social media platforms.

6. Transfer and Redemption

The prize is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable. The winner must liaise directly with EaTs Estate to confirm availability and event planning. The wedding must be held before 31 December 2026, excluding public holidays.

7. Return and Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstance, including change of mind or inability to attend. This is a charity fundraiser in support of Cancer Council NSW.

8. Liability

The organisers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the planning or execution of the wedding event. All aspects of the event are subject to NSW health and safety guidelines and any applicable public health orders.

9. Fundraising Purpose

Funds raised from this raffle will support Stars of Hastings – Cancer Council, contributing to cancer research, advocacy, prevention programs, and support services in NSW.
