Yia Yia's Greek Taverna

Yia Yia’s isn’t just a taverna  it’s a tribute. Inspired by my grandmother Eleni, who we all knew simply as Yia Yia, this space brings the warmth of her kitchen and the heart of her stories to your table. Growing up, every special occasion, every Saturday night dinner, led us to her home. She was known for her incredible cooking  from soul-soothing Greek comfort food to the best Greek sweets you’ve ever tasted. Nothing was ever too much, and no one ever left hungry.

Here at Yia Yia’s, we honour her legacy with a modern twist Greek Yum Cha. Small plates made to be shared, memories made to be savoured. We believe dining is about connection passing around dishes, sharing stories, laughing loud, and staying long.

Surrounded by our vineyard and nestled beside a nearly 100-year-old olive tree  the same tree that inspired our logo  we carry on Yia Yia’s love for food and family. She grew up on an olive farm in Greece, and now, through this taverna, her village lives on in all of us.
