Any damage done to the property of the venue will be at the cost of the person that did the damages.

6. Account Disabling and Removal from Future Events
Mid North Coast EaTs Events reserves the right to disable user accounts or remove individuals from events if they violate these terms and conditions or engage in behaviour deemed harmful to others. Individuals removed from events by the organizers or venue may be barred from attending future events hosted by Mid North Coast EaTs Events. Any damage done to the property of the venue will be at the cost of the person that did the damages.

3. Meal Tickets and Dietary Requirements
- Meal Inclusions: Event tickets that include meals are standard, and the Catering is outlined in the event details.
- Dietary Requirements: If you have specific dietary requirements, it is essential to notify us via email info@portmacquarieeats.com.au prior to the event. We will do our best to accommodate your needs but may not be able to offer substitutions on the day of the event as the catering is prearranged.
